Vendor applications for Vancouver GoFest Celebration 2026 are now full.

Due to overwhelming interest, all vendor spaces for this year's event have been filled. You're still welcome to complete this form to be added to our reserve list should a space become available. We also use this list when planning future events, including Vancouver GoFest 2027.

I understand that approved vendors must attend both event days, July 11 and July 12.

I understand that I must provide a 10x10 canopy for my booth and that it must be properly weighted (no stakes).

I understand that my booth must include at least some Pokémon-themed goods, services, or activities.

I understand that I am responsible for obtaining any required licenses, permits, and insurance needed to operate in the City of Vancouver.

I understand that the $75 vendor fee is due upon approval.

Youth vendors (ages 5-17) can sign up through The Kid's Market. (Separate rules and fees apply)
