Terms & Conditions

Our business will be open and staffed for the majority of event hours on both days of the Vancouver GoFest Celebration (July 11–12, 2026)
We understand the event may drive high foot traffic, including potentially thousands of visitors over the weekend
No purchase is required for attendees to receive a passport stamp
Our business will have staff available to provide passport stamps during operating hours
Stamps and ink will be provided by the event organizers
Our business agrees to continue stamping passports through July 31 during normal business hours
There is no cost to participate as a passport stop
Participation as a passport stop is designed to drive significant foot traffic and visibility to our business during and after the event

I have read and agree to the participation requirements listed above and commit to fulfilling these requirements during the event

Art Display Participation (Optional)

I am interested in hosting a Mike Bennett Studios art piece at my business location on July 11–12, 2026 and agree to the following:

The artwork will be displayed in a visible, reasonably secure area within the business
A raffle entry drop box will be placed alongside the artwork
This activation is expected to increase foot traffic to our location during the event
Our staff will allow attendees to view the piece and submit raffle entries during business hours
Event organizers will coordinate delivery, setup, and removal of the artwork and drop box
We will take reasonable care of the artwork while it is in our possession
We will notify organizers promptly of any issues related to the artwork or drop box

Vancouver GoFest Celebration 2026

For Events July 10th - July 12th

We are inviting local businesses and organizations to host complementary events during GoFest weekend, including Friday night (July 10) through July 12. Events may take place during official event hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday), though we are particularly seeking evening and late-night programming that extends the GoFest experience beyond core hours.

Approved events will be promoted through our event passport and marketing channels to help drive attendance, extend visitor engagement, and increase visibility for participating businesses.
