Terms & Conditions

• Our business will be open and staffed for the majority of event hours on both days of the Vancouver GoFest Celebration (July 11–12, 2026)

• We understand the event may drive high foot traffic, including potentially thousands of visitors over the weekend

• No purchase is required for attendees to receive a passport stamp

• Our business will have staff available to provide passport stamps during operating hours

• Stamps and ink will be provided by the event organizers

• Our business agrees to continue stamping passports through July 31 during normal business hours

• There is no cost to participate as a passport stop

• Participation as a passport stop is designed to drive significant foot traffic and visibility to our business during and after the event

Art Display Participation (Optional)

• The artwork will be displayed in a visible, reasonably secure area within the business

• A raffle entry drop box will be placed alongside the artwork

• This activation is expected to increase foot traffic to our location during the event

• Our staff will allow attendees to view the piece and submit raffle entries during business hours

• Event organizers will coordinate delivery, setup, and removal of the artwork and drop box

• We will take reasonable care of the artwork while it is in our possession

• We will notify organizers promptly of any issues related to the artwork or drop box
