Passport Stops Full for 2026

Thank you for your interest in participating in Vancouver GoFest Celebration 2026. Due to overwhelming interest, we are no longer accepting applications for passport stops for the 2026 event.

If you would like to be considered for the 2027 passport program, please complete the form below and we will keep your information on file for future planning.

Businesses are still welcome to submit Pokémon-themed partner events to be promoted as part of our Pokémon After Dark programming. Examples include:

Trivia nights
Bingo events
Movie screenings
Themed parties
Game tournaments
Other Pokémon-themed activities

Partner events must take place during Vancouver GoFest Celebration weekend (July 11–12, 2026) and may occur during festival hours or after the main festival activities have concluded for the day. These events provide additional opportunities for attendees to explore Downtown Vancouver throughout the weekend.

Downtown Vancouver

We are inviting local businesses and organizations to host complementary events during GoFest weekend, including Friday night (July 10) through July 12. Events may take place during official event hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday), though we are particularly seeking evening and late-night programming that extends the GoFest experience beyond core hours.

Approved events will be promoted through our event passport and marketing channels to help drive attendance, extend visitor engagement, and increase visibility for participating businesses.
